I had a wonderful time staying at Casa Arrieta. My stay was for 4 nights, and the staff helped me with arranging scooter rentals and organizing trips, such as a visit to Apo Island. The location of the hostel is perfect, with everything important nearby and just a half an hour walk to the main center. The place is super clean, and I really appreciated the offer to wash my clothes for a fee. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Would recommend this hotel.

Staff accommodated us well, lending umbrellas and helping with late check-in. They gave us directions and tricycle prices. Good location, near port, Lantaw, boardwalk, and Silliman University. Clean room with cold aircon, electric fan, and spacious closet. Laundry service available. Quiet and old but charming.

For the price we paid, Casa Arrieta was definitely worth it! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient with great restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Mae, were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be some additional breakfast items.

My recent stay at Casa Arrieta was fantastic! The staff was incredibly responsive and welcoming right from the moment I booked. I was pleasantly surprised to find a small kitchenette available for guests to use, which made it feel like a true home away from home. What touched my heart was that the hostel employed staff with hearing impairments, allowing me to practice my sign language skills. The kindness and warmth of everyone made me feel so welcomed. The location was super convenient, with great facilities and good water pressure in the showers. I even enjoyed a free cup of coffee from the range provided. I highly recommend Casa Arrieta for any solo traveler like myself.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. They greeted us with delicious desserts upon arrival and were always quick to respond to any questions or requests. The location of the hotel was also great, with a short walking distance to key attractions such as the university and the port. the value for money was excellent, with comfortable and clean facilities at an affordable price.
We did experience a bit of noise at night, but it wasn't the hotel's fault. Other than that, there was really nothing to dislike about our stay.
